For several days now, there has been a lot of printing and, as a result, a much larger number of jobs are in the print queue. Printing out an order may therefore take longer than you are used to. Our apologies for the inconvenience. We are doing our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
In the meantime:
1. Send your print job once!
Sending more often leads to even longer queues and processing times.
2. At the printer, click print only once.
The printer will start automatically as soon as your job is ready.
